An innovative path of Lean Strategy, a real training course designed to bring benefits to students, private companies and individual professionals. A laboratory for the experimentation of innovative methodologies, a training in Lean techniques that aims at teaching a methodology to be used in Lean Transformation company paths. Through the Lean Manufacturing Workshop it is possible to follow the entire transformation process: from the identification of the problem to the physical implementation of the solutions and the new process, up to the measurement of the results obtained.
A purely practical path realized to teach how to design and also build physical solutions for Lean Manufacturing to eliminate waste and losses in operations as well as improve handling and ergonomics in the field of Logistics. We always start from the analysis of the concept of the specific Lean program and then proceed to the concrete and operational creation of the most appropriate  taylor-made solution to the case studied, just in order to implement, install and start the desired new work process.
