NV's intervention in each client company is based on the application of the WCI 4.0 (lean-digital-sustainable) methodology to the entire Supply Chain and Operations starting from the observation in the field of the whole process, from the procurement of raw materials up to the delivery of the finished product, focusing on the analysis of all the non-added value elements (N.V.A.) that must be eliminated and concluding with the planning through the customization of the Smart-Lean conversion project to the particular company in which you go to operate.
The Lean methodology combined with the digital agenda therefore translates into a path that will be structured on a STRATEGIC - TRAINING - OPERATIONAL level, starting first of all from a cultural change aimed at:
• creating an organization that learns through reflection on what it does (Hansei) and on Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)
• generate the culture of customer orientation as a basic mindset in the company
• defining the digital strategy of the company in order to create a program that harmonizes both lean and smart transformation
• building the necessary attitude to stop and reflect, get involved by bringing out the problems, analyze their root causes in depth, decide to tackle them by proposing targeted actions
• basing growth of the company system on the development of individuals

METHODOLOGY

The NV action for each customer begins with the observation of the entire production process (from raw material procurement to the goods stocking), goes through the analysis of all the Non Value Added (NVA) activities that will have to be eliminated and ends with customized planning of the specific Lean conversion project
