The intervention of NV in each client company is based on a Lean methodology that starts from the observation on the field of the entire production process, from the procurement of raw materials to the storage of stocks, passes through the analysis of all possible elements to Non Added Value (NVA) that must be eliminated and ends with the planning through the customization of the Lean conversion project to the particular company in which you are going to operate.
The Lean methodology used therefore translates into a path that will be structured on a STRATEGIC - TRAINING - OPERATIONAL level, starting first of all from a cultural change aimed at:
• create an organization that learns through reflection on what it does (Hansei) and on Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)
• build an attitude through which to be able to stop and reflect, get involved by bringing out the problems, analyze their root causes in depth, decide to tackle them by proposing targeted actions
• to base growth on the development of people
• generate the culture of Customer Satisfaction in every workstation
